Pop-Up Evening Yoga Classes Through April

Join us for an hour of yoga and breath awareness practice on Thursdays in April (April 3, 10, 17, 24) at 6:00 pm in the Breathing Room, the Library transformed for the yoga hour.

Classes on Tuesdays at 11:00 am continue. Sign up for those too!

Absolutely any level of experience, curiosity, or non-experience is welcome. We have yoga blocks, belts, blankets, chairs, and each other. Please sign up here or contact instructor Trish Nealon to let her know you’ll be attending.
