Family Ministry

FCCW TN 09132015DSC_0447_035-aWe seek to nurture parents in their spiritual journeys by partnering with Beth Miller, M.Ed., and PCI Certified Parent Coach. Beth offers the Positive Parenting Class on an annual basis, and facilitates an ongoing support group for parents who are implementing the Positive Parenting strategies at home.

Intergenerational Night happens on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the church. Faith formation and human development require the sharing of different perspectives. In a culture that all too often sequesters human beings based on demographics of age, Intergenerational Night is an intentional program to gather together across generational lines. On the first Wednesday of each month, we will share a meal, while we do service projects, explore our shared faith, learn about the world and its needs, and generally grow in our faith together through our relationships with each other.

We also have many other activities and programs for families that happen throughout the year.

Family Activities:
Outings, movie nights, campouts, and more—watch our church calendar for these events!
